Beef London Broil
1. Preheat oven on broil hi setting
2. A 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inch thick London broil will cook in around 25 min time
3. Look for an internal temperature of 130°F to 135°F for a medium rare steak
4. Let rest for around 10 minutes before cutting

Prime Tomahawk Steak
(The reverse searing method)
1. Preheat half your grill on high heat leaving at least one burner off.
2. Grill Tomahawk Steak over high heat section until you achieve nice grill marks seared to your liking. Then move your steak to the section of your grill where the burners are off. Here your steak will continue to cook but not continue to burn and sear on the outside.
3. Cook for an additional 15 to 25 minutes or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 130°F to 135°F for a medium rare steak
4. It's important to let this steak rest for at at least 10 to 15 minutes to allow the juices to settle.

Tony's Steak Guide
Quick Tip: We recommend leaving one burner on your grill on low heat. This lower temp section of your grill will give you flexibility if your steak has taken on too much color or flareups occur.
1. Set grill or cooktop pan to high position. Adjust heat accordingly.
2. Cook a 1 1/2 inch steak for 7 minutes on the first side and flip for an additional 4-6 minutes.
3. 135°F - 140°F for a medium rare steak.

1. Set grill to high heat
2. Grill for 5 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes on the second side
3. Skirt steak generally comes with different thicknesses adjust your cooking time accordingly
4. Look for an internal temperature of 130°F - 135°F for a medium rare steak
